We constantly update the information on our website to enlighten and educate the customer by describing its contents, size, ingredients, properties and origin which are considered as accurate as the information we obtain from our sources. It is not guaranteed that information is always 100% correct at the time of purchase, as we are constantly updating our website. You should be aware that the sizes or colours may vary slightly from the image shown on our online shop. All our cosmetic products are handmade and may therefore be a slight variation of consistency or colour.
Cosmetic Use – health & safety
Please ensure you read the ingredients, usage instructions and sample your cosmetics before use as we are not responsible for any irritation, sensitivity or allergies. If this occurs we suggest that you stop using the product immediately. It is advised that pregnant women, babies and people with nut allergies do not use the products containing essential oils. However if in doubt we suggest you seek professional advice before use of our cosmetic products.
Shelf life and Storage
All products and goods are checked before despatched to our customers. All our cosmetic products are labelled with a best before date. In order to prolong the freshness, please store cosmetic products in a cool and dry place away from direct sun, heat, frost or humidity. Our moisturisers are hand made and stored in dark and amber jars in order to preserve longer shelf life. We will not be held responsible for products used after the use by date or incorrect storage.
Machine or Hand-Wash Instructions – bags, prints
Care should be taken to maintain the appearance and avoid any issues after washing. Do not dry clean, tumble dry or bleach. Soak in warm water then hand washing is advisable for lasting effect. We are not responsible for any defects or loss of colour after washing. Cool iron only.
Prices and Payments
All our prices are in pound sterling and exclude postage and packaging fees which will be calculated at checkout. We are at liberty to change our prices at anytime without prior notice. All payments through TCH website are via PayPal which is a secure external company. Through PayPal you can pay by credit card, visa, MasterCard, solo, delta. If you wish to pay by an alternative method i.e cheques or postal orders or bank transfer, then please contact TCH for details. The prices for our products on the website are correct at the time of publishing. If for any reason we have charged you for the incorrect amount please contact us to rectify the situation within 2 weeks of receipt of goods.
Postage and Packaging
All orders are dispatch within 5 working days of receipt of payment for order via second class post. Alternative postal class can be requested via email. All orders received on a Bank or Public holiday will be processed on the next available working day. We do not accept responsibility for loss of items or delivery delays. We are at liberty to change the post and packaging prices at any time, but this does not affect any paid orders.
International Deliveries Post & Packing Rates
International Overseas orders on request only via email. All taxes/charges will be the responsibility of the customer. No returns/refunds accepted on International orders.
Returns and Refunds
If you have received the wrong or missing items from your order then please inform us within 5 working days of receipt via email. If ordered goods have already been dispatched then the responsibility of returning the goods are at your own cost. We are unable to accept returns of any natural cosmetic product. Please re-use the original packing material if possible. We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods if they are lost in transit. All goods damaged during transit are not the responsibility of TCH. It will be our sole discretion whether we send you a replacement. Once we receive retuned goods and are satisfactory of the condition then you will be notified and a full refund will be issued or if requested alternative good at the same value if in stock. We will be happy to exchange most good provided that they are returned in a new and unused condition.
Cancellations will be accepted within 2 working days of payment. Please notify us either by telephone or email.
If you receive a free item, you are not able to exchange it for the full value of the product or an exchange. Any promotions are always subject to stock availability and to the terms and conditions.
Intellectual Property and the Right of Use
All content on our online shop and personal visual property including but not limited to the web site design, photographs, images, text, graphics, audio clips, visual clips, logos are protected by UK and international copyright laws.
Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy portions of this Web site for the purposes of placing an order with us and using this website as a shopping or educational resource only. Any other use of materials on this Web Site including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, transmission, broadcasting republication, downloading or uploading without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and any personal information that you provide us voluntary or through purchase, and will not forwarded to any third party without your prior permission. When you provide such Personal Information, you accept that we may retain your Personal Information and that it may be held for mailing purposes and to update you on our products and services. Payments that are made through TCH website are via Paypal or other debit/credit providers.
We shall deal with any complaints within one month of receipt via email.
