SHES GOTTA HAVE IT:
Vision Board Party – Sat 5th January 2020
We discussed, bonded, bragged and aired dreams whilst surrounded in a comfortable setting with like-minded females who all had a vision which was created from magazine to paper into a masterpiece known as a Vision Board.
Meditation Session: starting with a meditation session led by Babs Ofori – visualising a days journey. What moment of the day stood out? Well for me it was waking up to the fresh sound of nature’s pleasures – the beach, then sitting still in a bright room looking out a giant window with curtains blowing.

Amma Aboagye from Afropole facilitated the Vision Board Party in collaboration with Bridget Boakye of Womens Corner Gh.
So how often do you brag about yourself and achievements – well that’s what we all did confidently.
The venue is called CANVAS GHANA created by Awusi who also provided the delicious chops. In the front courtyard I flipped through magazines, cutting and pasting, drinking and vibing with the sisterhood.
This year’s vision board is a continuation of last year there is no limit ooo) in regards to Discovery: places, spaces and beyond where I can have fun, connect and learn – from visiting a local market to travelling within the continent.
However I surely need to keep my journal up to date and if you are a person that needs to plan, write ideas and keep on track then check out www.thinkerjournal.com – But I will also use the ‘Unravel Your Year 2020, a booklet that was utilised in the session as a tool to reflect on 2019 before fast forwarding to 2020′
Are you with me with my vision – or do you have an interesting place in Ghana or the continent that I should add to my bucket list?
Bless Sister E (Naa Dzamah)
